Our head office is in Beaumont, Alberta, from where we serve clients in and around the Edmonton and surroundings areas including St. Albert, Sherwood park, Fort Saskatchewan, Wetaskiwin, Camrose, Spruce Grove, Leduc, Ponoka, and Lacombe. We additionally support clients in other areas of the province including Calgary, Red Deer, Sylvan Lake, and other areas by recruiting employees within the proximity of these locations as well as travel nurses. Our goal is to expand our operations nationwide.
Care Manager
Philder is a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in the nursing industry, the majority of which has been in Alberta. She brings in-depth expertise in the healthcare industry including frontline care and mental health care. She also has extensive management experience, having led teams in various healthcare settings. She is supported by a team of management and recruitment professionals with extensive experience in the industry.
Operation Manager
Jessman is an LPN with more than 10 years in the nursing industry having started off as a health care aide and worked her way up to become a Care Manager in an assisted living/long term care facility. She also has experience as Clinical Placement Coordinator in one of the leading health care colleges in Edmonton supporting health care students in their studies and training them to become competent once they graduate. Jessman also holds an Advanced Foot Care Management Certificate and has many years of long-term care and acute care experience working directly with residents and family providing person-centred care as an HCA and as well as LPN. Her expertise offers a major advantage to our organization in line with our commitment to provide the best employees and standard of care.
Admin Manager
Nkechi (Enkay) is an Administrative Professional with over 10 years of experience in the Health and Safety and Health Care industry. Enkay possesses excellent skills in strategic planning, business administration, policy building, business development, and communication.
Enkay is a certified HCA in Alberta and has worked with many facilities and home care in Edmonton, and also has experience as a Health Care Aide Faculty Admin personnel in one of the leading healthcare aide training colleges here in Edmonton, supporting the college faculty, Health Care Aide instructors, students and Management in ensuring a seamless teaching/academic and administrative experience.
Enkay also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (Honors), an Advanced Diploma in Innovation, Business Growth, and Digital Execution, and a Harvard Business School Certificate in Business and Entrepreneurship Essentials.
